Confirmation

Confirmation or Affirmation of Baptism is a two year program for youth in grades 7 and 8 that meets each Sunday at 11am following worship.  Confirmation is an important part of the process of faith formation and marks the beginning of one's participation in a community of faith as an adult.  It is a time for asking questions, wondering a bit more, going deeper into the questions of faith and Lutheran identity, and discovering what it means to affirm those promises made at baptism.  The program includes retreats and other special events over the course of the two years.
